I. The company will provide

Provide perfect marketing plans to agents, and provide promotional samples, color pages, display boards, advertisements, etc. free of charge in a certain proportion according to the terminal construction of agents and the completion of the target share of contract tasks, so as to establish a unified image of products in the market. For the quality dealers with plans and good terminals and the first purchase amount of more than 100,000 yuan, the company can provide decoration schemes and partial financial subsidies to make them into "Hurricane" brand image stores, specializing in selling "Hurricane" series products.
5. Establish relevant systems for communication with key agents, including sales promotion, market management, information feedback, personnel training, etc.
6. By improving the distribution and agency policies, stabilizing the market price system, strengthening management and effective monitoring, reward and punishment means to ensure the stability of the market operation order and avoid evil competition.
7. Guarantee the return and replacement of goods with quality problems.

2. On the basis of the commitment to complete the annual sales target, the first purchase amount of "Hurricane" series products is taken as the identification standard. There are no general agents below the municipal level, only retail dealers, the initial purchase cash amount is 10000 yuan; General agents above municipal level (including municipal level), the first cash purchase amount of general agents is between 50000 ~ 100000 yuan (different regional standards are different), the company will implement the approval of the wholesale general agent price.
